Please choose one product type per RMA only. Multiple RMA's may be shipped together. Please call our Customer Service department if the product type you need is not on the list.

* I have attached RMA tags to those products necessary.*
* Each product must have an individual RMA tag per each item except for the following:

TS1 033-Standard Endpoint: Only tag rev. M, N and P.
3-Phase 0455 External Endpoint: Only tag rev. #, F, G, H and J.
RMA tags should be tied to the bracket opposite the communication optics.
Use only Hunt approved RMA tags.
Please do not tie leads together. All extension leads should be removed.
