* Each product must have an individual RMA tag per each item except for the following:

  • TS1 033-Standard Endpoint: Only tag rev. M, N and P.
  • 3-Phase 0455 External Endpoint: Only tag rev. #, F, G, H and J.
  • RMA tags should be tied to the bracket opposite the communication optics.
  • Use only Hunt approved RMA tags.
  • Please do not tie leads together. All extension leads should be removed.

  • If original packaging is not available, please contact Hunt and reference RMA number.
  • Please mark on the outside of the packaging the RMA and box number,
    i.e. RMA # 12345 Box 2 of 3).
